Spell Codex Ars Compat

Casting and mana

After conversion the card is just another Codex spell. Equip it on Spell Actionbar. Cast it like Fireball.

The icon is the form glyph with the first effect stamped on top. The name and description come from the tome. Hover the inspector and you get the full glyph list, which is the only way to tell two similar tomes apart in a hurry.

Mana cost is the Ars recipe cost, paid from Iron’s mana. You do not spend source. There is no Iron’s cooldown on these. The original Ars sequence still runs: projectile, touch, self, linger, whatever the tome was.

Made a card you hate? Inspector Remove deletes it from the Codex. You will need another tome if you want it back.

Pack note: this is how you let Ars players live in an Iron’s HUD. One bar, one mana number, no “which wheel am I on.”
